40ml Williams GB Gin
2 x 1cm fresh cubes of ginger
12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup
12.5ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Top with Fever-Tree Tonic
Method:Muddle fresh ginger in the base of a cocktail shaker until broken down. Add the remaining ingredients (except tonic) and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass and finish with a tonic top. Garnish with an orange wheel.
