It's Day 13 and The Salt Room in Brighton has come up with a truly decadent recipe for us all to enjoy!
1 bar spoon Golden Syrup (thinned with water to 2:1)
1 bar spoon Kombu vinegar
1 bar spoon Eager Apple juice (not from concentrate)
Dash Grapefruit bitters
50ml Naked Chase Apple Vodka
3 torn green shiso leaves
Method: Churn with crushed ice, garnished with glazed mini crab apples and green shiso leaf, served in a Golden Syrup tin.
