lavender & cucumber tonic

Ingredients:

60ml Williams Elegant 48 Gin

1 tsp of lavender sugar or 2 drops edible lavender essence plus 12.5ml sugar syrup

A quarter of a muddled cucumber

Top with half and half with cloudy apple juice and tonic

 

Method:

Roughly chop a 1/4 of a cucumber and muddle with the sugar in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a glass over cubed ice and top with a little cloudy apple juice and tonic. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh lavender.
