- 50ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda top
Method
Simply combine all of the ingredients over cubed ice and stir well. Garnish with a thinly sliced apple fan.
