50ml Chase Vodka
35ml Mushroom Port (see below)
5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves
Method: Rim glass with salt then shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled brandy glass. Garnish with more mint, dried seaweed and one of the left over mushrooms.
Mushroom Port: Tawny port heated and reduced with button mushrooms and strained
