25ml Chase Smoked Vodka
25ml Barolo Chinato
25ml Kamm & Sons
3 dashes of bitters (we like Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock bitters)
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir well, then strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
