Ingredients
- 40ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
- 10ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
- 15ml Cloudy apple juice
- 12.5ml Lime juice
- Soda top
Method
Shake all ingredients (except soda) with cubed ice and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with thinly sliced fresh apple and lime slice.

- 30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 20ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice Sparkling wine or prosecco top
- Dash of soda
Method
Method: build the first 2 ingredients in a wine glass and stir to combine. Add cubed ice and top with your favourite prosecco or sparkling wine and add a dash of soda water. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
