Competition Terms

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.


  1. The prize consists of: The Big Green Egg taxi attending the winner’s Royal Wedding Street Party, a chef in attendance to cook the Aubrey Allen produce, 6 bottles of Chase Vodka and 6 bottles of Chase Elderflower Liqueur.
  2. Entrants must keep in mind that the prize of a Big Green Egg taxi is only for the duration of their event/party. The chef will arrive with the BGE taxi and will take this home afterwards. 
  3. Entrants are required live in the UK.
  4. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and the winner must provide photographic ID.
  5. Entrants cannot enter on behalf of another individual.
  6. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
  7. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
  8. Closing date is May 13th 2018 at 23.59pm.
  9. A winner will be chosen at random and contacted on May 14th
  10. Employees of Alfresco Concepts and Chase Distillery or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  11. We are not responsible for party cancellations/weather restrictions – rescheduled events will take place only at our own suitability.
  12. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  13. The winner will be contacted via email.
  14. A winner must acknowledge their win within 48 hours.
  15. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The prize will cater for up to a maximum of up to 100 people. 
  18. The winner is responsible for any other expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any tables, plate wear, cutlery or glasses required.
  19. No sparkling wine or soft drinks will be included in the prize.
  20. We are not responsible for clearing up after the party, this will be the responsibility of the prize winner and their friends.
  21. The prize winner will advise of any parking issues and suitability of the location prior to us arriving.
  22. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
  23. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error.
  24. The winner will receive details about the menu, which will be selected by our chef and will cater to any specific dietary requirements.
  25. Failure to respond and/or provide sufficient details to claim the prize, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements (date of event must be 19th May) may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  26. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
  27. The winner’s names and county of residence can be obtained by sending an email to within 30 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
  28. By entering, participants agree that if they win the prize they will participate in any reasonable publicity for example, announcing the winner’s name online.
  29. Personal data supplied in connection with this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of any prizes.
