Rhubarb & Apple Gin Toddy

Ingredients
- 30ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
- 5ml Runny honey
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 15ml Lime juice
- 50ml Cloudy apple juice
- Hot water top
Method
Add all ingredients except the hot water into a pan and heat gently and stir to combine for about 15 minutes to allow the cinnamon to infuse. Pour into a heat-proof glass, top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
