James’ trip to Melbourne kick started with a masterclass at Eau de Vie, a beautiful Prohibition-style speakeasy where black leather booths, cut glass and fine spirits rule the roost. They have a whole room dedicated to whisky, and the back bar is a towering, glittering mass of tempting tipples (over 700 of them!).
As the cities best bartenders came together, James talked them through the Chase journey, from farming to distilling. Not to mention fixing up a few perfect serves to enjoy along the way, including a Williams Elegant G&T served with a slice of fresh apple and a Williams Elegant Gin martini served with olives.
If you’re in Melbourne we highly recommend going along to enjoy some Williams Gin and jazz! For more information, head HERE
