Last Saturday we headed to the The Fine Wine Auction & Dinner in London to celebrate it’s ninth year, and made a toast to the incredible work Action Against Hunger is doing worldwide!
Each year, the event unites some of the UK’s top chefs to cook a fantastic bespoke meal for guests. This year’s chefs included Rowley Leigh (FT Cookery Correspondent), Mitch Tonks (The Seahorse Restaurant), Ruth Rogers (River Café) and Bruno Loubet (Grain Store).
Guests had the opportunity to bid on a host of exclusive money-can’t-buy experiences and items, including the chance to spend an afternoon with the Fat Duck Group Executive Chef Ashley Palmer-Watts and a trip to San Sebastian. Along with these prizes was a weekend away at Chase Distillery with a signed Chase Vodka Magnum, which managed raise £1,000 for the cause.
All funds raised on the night will go directly to supporting Action Against Hunger’s work ending child hunger in over 40 countries around the world.
