On March 22nd 2016 more than 300 guests from some of the world’s best restaurants, hotels, pubs, cafés, universities and cookery schools, gathered to recognise and celebrate those businesses operating at the cutting edge of sustainability. Guests were treated to a Great Chase cocktail or GB&T on arrival before the awards kicked off.
We are proud to announce that we have been certified as the first SRA sustainable spirits supplier, pioneering sustainable spirit production in the UK. Nominees for the Food Made Good Awards were all audited by the SRA’s Food Made Good sustainability programme in the last 12 months and those with the highest scores in respective areas were honoured with an award. Special guests on the evening included Jamie Oliver and Raymond Blanc.
