On Saturday the 25th March James Chase will be heading to Southrop in Gloucestershire to co-host the next installment of the Thyme’s table series, following the success of ‘A Tale of Two Farms’ last year. The chefs at Thyme are set to create a collaborative dinner showcasing the best that Chase and Thyme have to offer.
Held at the Tithe barn, the food will be influenced by the botanicals and ingredients used to create our vodka and gin, designed to perfectly complement this delicious feast. James Chase will be creating a bespoke menu of cocktails to accompany the menu; think Nettles, Ricotta and Pinenuts paired with a Lemon and Thyme gimlet, Fish Stew, Sourdough and Blood Orange with a GB Gin Tom Collins and for dessert Rhubarb, Lemon, Meringue teamed with a Rhubarb Sour. In all, a fun-filled evening celebrating delicate botanical flavours.
