We’re confident that our gb gin is so flavoursome that for drinkers wanting a low sugar option, swapping tonic for soda water makes the juniper a lot more pronounced and garnishes sing – whilst of course remaining a healthier serve!
1 part chase gb gin
3 parts soda water
method: build over lots of ice and stir.
garnish: Fresh ginger slice
Great British Collins
35ml Chase GB Gin
15ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
2 chopped up wheels of fresh cucumber
12.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
Handful of fresh mint
Tonic Water Top
Method: Shake all ingredients (except tonic water) with cubed ice, double strain into a tall glass over cubed ice and top with tonic.
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig and cucumber slice
