After an indulgent festive period, like many others, we’re on the hunt for lighter, lower in sugar serves to enjoy with our favourite spirit. A new year is for making choices that are considered and sustainable; something you’ll continue to follow through the year and if you’re not quite ready to go ‘dry’ this January (with exception to your gin), opting to choose soda as your mixer is the perfect solution.
Gin and tonic is no doubt a classic combination but mixing our GB Gin with soda water really highlights the 10 botanicals we copper pot distil our Original Potato Vodka with to create this distinctive, extra dry gin. Our field to bottle family of vodkas and gins are carefully crafted with the finest ingredients to ensure each and every one has a delicious, memorable taste. We are strong believers in creating serves that really let the spirits do the singing and serving with soda water, lots of ice and a simple garnish does just that.

Additionally, adding a few drops of bitters (they have a great selection on The Whisky Exchange) that compliment the flavours or botanicals of our spirits is a way to further enhance this simple serve; we suggest grapefruit bitters with our Original Vodka and lemon bitters with GB Gin.
