The weather is thankfully picking up and to honour this, we’ll be enjoying a few of our favourite and undeniably tasty Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo serves. Handmade on our farm in Herefordshire, we add a bounty of pink grapefruit and pomelo peel to our GB Gin to create a fresh, citrusy gin that packs a juniper punch.
When mixed with a few simple ingredients, you’ll be left with a perfectly balanced pink gin cocktail that exudes the summer time spirit we long for all year. Why not challenge your home bartending skills with our expertly crafted serves ready for the weekend?
Pink Gin Paloma
20ml Lime Juice
50ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Soda water top
Method: build the first 4 ingredients over ice, gently stir and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime circle.
Gin & Pink
Juice of half fresh pink grapefruit
Tsp vanilla infused sugar
Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade
Method: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour over the gin. Mix the sugar into the grapefruit juice and add to glass. Top with the rose lemonade and garnish with pink grapefruit peel.
Pink Grapefruit & Cucumber Collins
Splash Fresh Pink Grapefruit juice
2 slices of cucumber diced and muddled
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Fresh lemon Juice
Method: Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into tall glass over cubed ice. Garnish with fresh cucumber ribbon and pink grapefruit slice.
