When Claridge’s Came To Stay 

This week we were delighted to welcome the team from Claridge’s and the Fera Restaurant in Mayfair to the distillery. James Chase himself and our National head of Independents, Fred, were on hand to make sure a good time was had by all!

The team kicked off their tour on arrival at our hotel, The Verzon House, just outside Ledbury. Once they had settled into their rooms they were treated to a supper of Herefordshire beef and our Provence wine. They finished the evening off in style with some Chase cocktails made by James Chase. 

Once at Chase Farm James took them around the fields and explained to them the processes that we go through to grow our produce, they were stunned at how many potatoes go into a single bottle of vodka! Fred and James then took them around the stills and let them sample all of our products, the Rhubarb Vodka was a firm favourite. Needless to say there were many goodie bags packed to accompany them back to London.

After finishing the tour James whisked them back to Ledbury train station in our classic landrover and they started the long journey back to London. We had a fantastic time welcoming them all to the distillery and we hope to see them again soon!
