A TALE OF TWO FARMS – JAMES CHASE

James Chase and Charlie Hibbert both grew up in the countryside, James at Tyrrells Court in Herefordshire and Charlie in Gloucestershire surrounded by a developing estate at Thyme. They are long standing friends, with a mutual interest of food, drink and a love of the land.  On the Saturday of the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend, James and Charlie are set to create a collaborative dinner showcasing the best that Chase and Thyme have to offer.

The food will be influenced by what is best in the kitchen gardens, fields, hedgerows and surrounding water meadows of the Cotswold countryside with inspiration from the botanicals and ingredients used in our gin and vodka from our farm in Herefordshire. James will be creating a bespoke menu of cocktails and spirits to compliment Charlie’s menu and will be on hand to answer all the questions you ever had about what to do with vodka & gin. 

This dinner will be £75 for three courses.

Cocktail and wine flight £50.00.
