celebrate ginuary with a little help from chase distillery

Returning to work, christmas decorations packed away, dark nights seem even darker - surely this isn't the month to go dry. here at chase we're rejoicing in the wonderful juniper based spirit of gin and particularly our super dry and delectable chase gb gin.

Feeling 'ginspired?' why not indulge in a gb gin & soda or a great british collins, two lighter serves to brighten those long, dreary january evenings:

Chase Gb Gin & Soda

We're confident that our gb gin is so flavoursome that for drinkers wanting a low sugar option, swapping tonic for soda water makes the juniper a lot more pronounced and garnishes sing - whilst of course remaining a healthier serve!

Ingredients 1 part chase gb gin 3 parts soda water method: build over lots of ice and stir.

garnish: Fresh ginger slice
