Celebrating Autumn with Chase GB Gin

Summer is now a distant memory, the days are getting shorter and notability chillier. What better excuse than to mix up some tasty, seasonal cocktails with Chase GB Gin to warm your cockles?

Our GB Gin is crafted by copper pot distilling our Potato vodka along with ten carefully selected botanicals to make a full-bodied and aromatic dry gin that’s bursting with flavour.

We’re taking our inspiration from the bountiful hedgerows and soul-warming flavours this Autumn and we’ve picked three favourite GB Gin cocktails for you to try at home. Keep scrolling to discover.

Great British Bramble

The Bramble cocktail was first created in the mid-80s by Dick Brasell in Soho. The creation of the Bramble was inspired by Brasell’s memories of picking blackberries from the hedgerows as a child.

At Chase, we’ve put a spin on The Bramble by using our very own Sloe & Mulberry Oak Aged Gin to create a deliciously rich and warming finish. Tap here for the recipe.

Chase GB Ginger Toddy

A Hot Toddy is traditionally made with Whisky, but we have swapped in our GB Gin and a delicious homemade ginger syrup. Perfect for those chilly evenings, find the recipe here.

Chase GB Gin & Tonic

Last but not least- the traditional gin and tonic. An iconic duo and a tempting classic suitable for all year round. Lashings of Chase GB Gin, lots of ice, a good quality tonic and a slice of fresh ginger.
