FATHER’S DAY AT THE KENSINGTON HOTEL

The Kensington Hotel this year have designed a showstopping menu which includes dressed Devonshire Crab with a Chase Smoked Vodka Gazpacho Jelly alongside a special Williams GB Gin inspired cocktail. The Silver Bullet Cocktail will be the signature cocktail for the day, why not try this simple but delicious serve at home…

Ingredients 

  • 75ml Williams GB Gin
  • 7.5ml Scotch Whiskey
  • Lemon twist to garnish

Method

  • Combine gin and scotch in mixing glass with ice
  • Stir well until chilled
  • Strain into cocktail glass
  • Garnish with lemon twist
