HOT DINNERS PRESENTS ELEMENTS 2016 AT SELFRIDGES

Hot Dinners, in association with Chase Distillery, are hosting an event at Selfridges showcasing the key elements they think are going to be rocking your world over the coming months in the London food and drink scene.

Oh, and we’d like you to come.

Hot Dinners will be taking over the Forest Restaurant on the rooftop at Selfridges for an evening where you’ll have food from chefs and restaurants opening their doors for the first time this year as well as drinks that embody the trends we’re going to be seeing more and more of in 2016.

Hot Dinners have even enlisted the help of some of their friends: 

 · Top food instagrammer Clerkenwell Boy has picked out key cocktail folk you’re going to want to keep an eye on

· Food blogger and professional sweet tooth Felicity Spector has chosen her pastry chef to watch

· Industry insider Adam Hyman from Code is going to give us his tips on which chefs you should be looking out for outside the UK.

On the food front there will be Som Saa and Carl Clarke who will both be presenting a dish from their upcoming restaurants and YBF winner and former Pachamama chef Adam Rawson who’s looking to open his own restaurant this year, among others still to be announced.

During the night you’ll also get the chance to enjoy cocktails made with our single-estate spirits prepared by Iain Griffiths from Mr Lyan, 1800 Tequila and Forest Restaurant at Selfridges.

All this, and more, will set you back a ‘we-must-be-mad’ £30. The only downside is that we have just 70 tickets so you’ll have to be pretty fast off the mark to get one.
