Spiked Coffee for St. Paddy’s Day 

March 17th 2017 marks St. Patrick’s Day, a celebration of everything Irish, and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious Irish coffee? Well, it would be if we all liked Whisky – but as studies show, a large proportion of us are revolted by the mere thought of it!

We felt sorry for all of those missing out on the celebrations, so, in collaboration with Origin Coffee, we’ve come up with our ‘Spiked Coffee’ recipe with our delicious Chase Vodka instead of Whisky.

Much like Chase Distillery, they like to blend science and sense, ritual and experimentation. They obsess over every detail. Roast lightly. To make our special ‘Spiked Coffee’ just follow the recipe below:

50ml Coffee Liqueur
25ml Dark Creme de Cacao
50ml Chase Vodka
1 shot of Origin espresso, cooled
50ml milk (or double cream depending on how indulgent you’re feeling)
Build all ingredients over lots of ice and stir.
