Country Tails

When the weather is this warm, forget the marvellous mixology that makes modern cocktails so exciting; you want refreshing cocktails that are easy to make, will quench your thirst and you want them NOW.

Lucky then that with a delectable range of summer fruit based spirits, Chase distillery have a full array of flavours that need little in the way of additional ingredients yet still make some stunning summer tipples to sip on in the shade.

KISS CHASE
Shake 1 shot of Sharp Bramley Apple Vodka with 1 shot of Chase Elderflower Liqueur, a freshly squeezed lemon and ice. Strain into a glass and top with apple juice.

CHASE THE SUN
Add ½ a shot of Chase Rhubarb Liqueur to a Champagne flute. Pop in a strawberry and charge with Prosecco.

RHUBY SPRITZ
Chase rhubarb vodka, red currants, lemon juice and soda are shaken hard and then served long over ice.

FARM CHASE
Freeze Chase Elderflower Liqueur and cloudy apple juice to create go-to ice cubes; simply pour Chase Vodka over and add a dash of bitter lemon.

If you’re feeling a tad adventurous, why not try the Marmalade Fizz, or, for refreshing, even more simple alternatives, pick your Chase flavoured vodka and just add ice, a slice and top up with tonic.
