As part of the tour, you will enjoy; a Chase GB Gin & Tonic followed by a tutored tasting and a zesty Pink Grapefruit Gin & Tonic to finish.
If you choose to gift a distillery tour voucher the recipient will be able to choose the date and time to suit them (dependent on availability) or if you want to pre-book a date, please use the online calendar.

Hereford and Ledbury train stations are both 20 minutes’ drive from the distillery.

Are children permitted on tours?
Tours are 18+ only.
Are dogs allowed at the Distillery?
No dogs (except guide dogs) are allowed in the distillery or shop
Is the tour outside?
The tour is conducted inside the distillery only, we recommend that you wear suitable foot wear for a working distillery (no open toed footwear or heals).
Is the tour suitable for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately the distillery tour is accessed via a staircase, if you wish to visit our shop, this can be accessed via a ramp.
Can I give a distillery tour as a gift?
Yes click here to buy a distillery tour voucher. You can opt to send this as an e-ticket (free) or a printed copy (additional £2.50).
To redeem the gift voucher, simply visit our website tours page and book the preferred tour date, then on check out enter the unique tour voucher code. An e-ticket will then be sent out to confirm the date and time of their tour.
Alternatively if you want to book a date and time for them, you can do so by using the online calendar and either forwarding them the e-ticket or opting for a printed copy which can be sent directly to them or to you to give in person.
What is your refund policy?
If you need to cancel a tour booking, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice of your booked tour date in order to receive a full refund. You can do this by emailing Tours@chasedistillery.co.uk
If your tour booking is a group size larger than 10, and you need to cancel, please do so with at least 1 months notice in order to receive a full refund. You can do this by emailing Tours@chasedistillery.co.uk
The refund will be issued to the original card holder.
How do I rearrange my tour date?
If you want to rearrange your tour for a different date, as long as you provide 48 hours notice we can book you onto a different date (subject to availability).
If your group size is larger than 10, and you need to rearrange, as long as you provide 1 months notice we can book you onto a different date (subject to availability).

E-Ticket or Printed Ticket
Whether you have booked a place or bought a voucher, you will receive an E-ticket with your booking confirmation email. E-tickets also sit in the Tickets section in your account if you have booked a place, or in the coupon section if bought as a voucher.
If you would like a printed copy, there is an additional £2.50 charge. You will receive your printed tickets in the post via royal mail which could take upto 3 working days to receive.
Therefore if you have booked a place or need the vouchers within the next 3 working days, we advise for you to select e-ticket as they may not get to you or the recipient in time.
If I have a Tour voucher, how do I redeem it
Please click here and select the date and time you’d like to visit. Add to your basket and use your unique code on your voucher at the checkout to redeem the value of the voucher off your purchase.
Do I need to bring my Tour Ticket on the day?
Yes – this is proof of purchase and we will require the unique reference on the tour ticket to book you in. You will receive a PDF ticket sent via email which you can print or save to phone or for an additional charge we offer a printed ticket which can be posted to you.
Can I turn up on the day with my tour voucher and not pre-booked?
Yes you can but we may not be able to fit you onto a tour. Therefore we strongly advise for you to book a place before you arrive.
