The Donovan Bar at Browns Hotel is proud to be serving this special cocktail created in conjunction with Jo Farish of the itinerant Gin Garden.
The Pink’un is a fusion of gin, Angostura bitters and rose petals – perfect for summer!
Williams Chase Gin mixed with Angostura Bitters, spring of mint, rose petals and then topped up with soda water over ice.
The Donovan Bar is open Monday to Saturday 11.00am to 1.00am and Sunday 12 noon to 12 midnight.
