1.5tsp Apricot Conserve
10ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Ginger Ale top
Method: Add all ingredients (except Ginger Ale) to a shaker and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a short glass over crushed ice and top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
