Table spoon of pumpkin flesh
Pinch of cinnamon
Tea spoon of honey
20ml lemon juice
Top with Beavertown pumpkin. Any decent ale will do.
Method: Mull pumpkin with the lemon juice and honey. Then add the rest of ingredients into a Boston shaker. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a tankard filled with ice. Top with Ale. Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary.
