The Chase 2 Shots Chase Vodka 1 Spoon Honey

50ml Chase Vodka 

1 bar spoon Honey

6.25ml Apple Juice

6.25ml Scotch whisky

½ fresh Eggwhite (farm fresh)

Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
