Chase Marmalade Vodka– 50ml
Almond Extract- 3 drops
Apricot and Honey Nectar- 37.5ml (bake halved and cored apricots at 180 degrees for 10 mins, blend with honey)
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice- 12.5ml
Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker and SHAKE with cubed ice, double strain into a short glass over crushed ice. Serve with a twist of lemon peel and a slice of apricot.
