Subscription FAQ’s
How do I create a subscription?
Select your product of choice and then specifically the ‘Chase Subscription’ option.
Select the drop-down ‘Every…’ to choose whether you would like 30, 60 or 90 days as your frequency of delivery and then add it to the basket. Continue with your shopping, as usual, to pay for this subscription.
Do I have to pay for delivery on my subscription?
Subscriptions follow the same delivery prices as a standard purchase. Subscriptions over £50 have free delivery and subscriptions under £50 will be charged £2.50 for delivery.
How do I alter my subscription?
Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select subscriptions from the menu. Here you will see all of your subscriptions, their status, when next payment is due and the amount. Select ‘View’ > ‘Edit Subscription Details’ > ‘Change Subscription Frequency’. Remember to save your details at the bottom of the page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please note that you cannot cancel your subscription before we process your second delivery.
After your second delivery if you would like to cancel your subscription go to your account (Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen).
Select subscriptions from the menu. Here you will see all of your subscriptions, their status, when next payment is due and the amount. Select ‘View’. You will be taken to a new page where you will see ‘Cancel Subscription’.
How do I change my delivery address?
Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu. Here you will see all of your subscriptions, their status, when next payment is due and the amount. Select ‘View’. You will be taken to a new page where you will see ‘Change Address’. Select this option and you will be directed to the page to change your address details. Remember to save your details at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my payment method?
Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select subscriptions from the menu. Here you will see all of your subscriptions, their status, when next payment is due and the amount. Select ‘view’. You will be taken to a new page where you will see ‘Change Payment’. Select this option and you will be directed to the page to change your payment details. Remember to save your details at the bottom of the page.
How do I know what address my subscription is being delivered and billed to?
Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select subscriptions from the menu. Here you will see all of your subscriptions, their status, when next payment is due and the amount. Select ‘View’. You will be taken to a new page where if you scroll to the bottom of the page the ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Shipping Address’ is shown.

We do not offer the subscription service on our smaller bottle sizes, gifting lines or limited-edition bottles.
How do I amend my delivery frequency?
We currently offer 30, 60 and 90-day delivery frequencies to amend your current frequency.
Go to ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Select subscriptions from the menu.
If you had a subscription prior to January 2020 your current delivery schedule will be honoured, however, if you want to change the frequency this can only be changed to 30 or 90 days
