What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your tour booking, please email chasetours@diageo.com. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice in order to receive a full refund. 

If you need to cancel a tour booking for a group of 10+, please email chasetours@diageo.com. You must provide at least 1 month’s notice in order to receive a full refund. You can do this by emailing chasetours@diageo.com

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Can I give a distillery tour as a gift?

Yes, click here to buy a Distillery Tour Voucher. You can opt to send this as an e-ticket (no additional charge) or as a printed copy (additional charge of £2.50).

To redeem the gift voucher, simply visit our website tours page and book the preferred tour date and time, then on check out enter the unique tour voucher code using the ‘Apply Coupon’ box. An e-ticket will then be sent out to confirm the date and time of their tour.

Alternatively, if you wish to give your recipient a Distillery Tour on a particular date, simply use the online calendar to book the preferred time slot. You can then either forward them the e-ticket or opt for a printed copy which can be sent directly to them or to you if you wish to give it in person.

Is the tour suitable for wheelchair users?

Unfortunately, the Distillery Tour is accessed via a staircase. However, our shop can be accessed via a ramp.

Is the tour outside?

The tour is conducted indoors. However, our Distillery is kept well-ventilated at all times so we recommend that you bring a jacket and wear suitable footwear for a working distillery i.e. no open-toed footwear or heels.

Are dogs allowed at the Distillery?

No dogs, other than guide dogs, are allowed in the distillery or shop

Are children permitted on tours?

No, tours are strictly 18+ only.

How do I rearrange my tour date?

If you want to rearrange your tour for a different date, as long as you provide 48 hours’ notice we can book you onto a different date (subject to availability).

If your group size is larger than 10, and you need to rearrange, as long as you provide 1 month’s notice we can book you onto a different date (subject to availability).

How long is the tour?

The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes but you may wish to factor in time to browse the shop or visit the bar.

How to Book

To book a place, please click here and use our online calendar to book the date, time and number of places. If you are a group of 10+ please email our tours team direct to arrange: chasetours@diageo.com

E-Ticket or Printed Ticket

Whether you have booked a place or bought a voucher, you will receive an E-ticket with your booking confirmation email. E-tickets can also be found in your ChaseDistillery.co.uk account. If you have booked a place, your e-tickets will be in the Tickets section. If you have bought a voucher, it will be in the Vouchers section.

If you would like a printed copy, there is an additional £2.50 charge. You will receive your printed tickets in the post via Royal Mail which will take up to 3 working days to receive.

Therefore if you have booked a place or need the vouchers within the next 3 working days, we advise you to select an e-ticket.

If I have a Tour voucher, how do I redeem it

Please click here and select the date and time you would like to visit. Add your preferred tour slot to your basket and use the unique code on your voucher at the checkout to redeem the value of the voucher.

Do I need to bring my Tour Ticket on the day?

Yes – this is your proof of purchase and we will require the unique reference on the tour ticket to book you in. You will receive a PDF ticket sent via email which you can print or save to your phone. For an additional charge, we can post you a printed ticket.

Can I turn up on the day with my tour voucher and not pre-booked?

Pre-booking is strongly advised as otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate you on a tour.  

How do I rearrange my tour date?

We can rearrange your tour for a different date, provided we are given 48 hours’ notice.  Groups of 10+ can rearrange for a different date, provided we are given 1 months’ notice. Please note, that alternative dates will be subject to availability.
