Elderflower Royale

Ingredients
- 25ml Chase Hedgerow Elderflower Gin
- Squeeze Fresh lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon Runny honey
- Top English sparkling wine or Champagne
Method
Add the first three ingredients into a champagne flute and stir until the honey has dissolved. Top with chilled sparkling wine or Champagneand gently stir once more.
