Pink Grapefruit & Thyme Martini

Ingredients
- 30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
- 10ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
- 40ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- A handful of fresh thyme
- 20ml Sugar syrup
Method
Add all ingredients (keeping a sprig of thyme to garnish) in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake until well combined. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with leftover fresh thyme.
