Rhubarb & Bramley Apple with Ginger

- 50ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
- Ginger beer top
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
Simply combine ingredients over plenty of cubed ice. Stir gently and garnish with a thinly sliced apple fan.
