Strawberry & Butternut Squash Honey

Ingredients

  • 100g Strawbwerries
  • 100g Raspberries
  • 100g Butternut Squash
  • 400ml Water
  • 200g Honey

Method

To be made as an ingredient for Tinie’s Rhubarb Mule

Cook all of the ingredients in a pan for 15 minutes. Add the honey and mix until dissolved. Strain through a Chinois into a bottle and store in the fridge until cool.
