Over 87% of Brits wish they had more green space in their local area. As part of our first regeneration project we decided to make this a reality for one of London’s most forgotten streets – bringing a slice of the Herefordshire countryside into the city.

For almost a decade, the residents of Millers Terrace – a small residential street in Dalston, East London – had been asking for funding to breathe new life into the road and return a sense of pride to the local community.
They were yet to see any progress. Until now…

Through the power of plants and nature, there is now a permanent wilderness for residents to enjoy for years to come.

Pink Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients
- 30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 20ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice Sparkling wine or prosecco top
- Dash of soda
Method
Method: build the first 2 ingredients in a wine glass and stir to combine. Add cubed ice and top with your favourite prosecco or sparkling wine and add a dash of soda water. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.

Marmalade Vodka Sour

Ingredients
- 60ml Chase Marmalade Vodka
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- Couple dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 Egg White
Method
Measure all ingredients into cocktail shaker and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
