Ingredients
- 50ml Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
- 25ml Cognac
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a delicate orange peel.

- 40ml Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 100ml Rosé Wine
- Soda Top
Method
In a wine glass, simply combine all of the ingredients over cubed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a thinly sliced apple fan.
